+ Payment

All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Registration cannot be confirmed until full payment is received. When registering you can elect to receive an invoice, or pay by credit card:

Credit Card:
MasterCard, Visa and Amex are accepted forms of credit card payments. There is a 2% surcharge applied to Visa, MasterCard and Amex payments in addition to a $5 booking fee.

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT):
Should you select to receive an invoice, invoices must be paid within 30 days of issue. Invoices issued after 1 July 2018 must be paid by 26 July 2018. Bank account details are provided on the invoice.
Registration cannot be confirmed until full payment is received.

+ Registration Acknowledgement

If you successfully register online you will receive an immediate response to let you know your registration was successful. If you do not receive this response your registration attempt has failed. Please check your credit card status and try again at a later stage. You will also receive a tax invoice as confirmation on successful completion of your registration. Group payments will only be sent one tax invoice.

+ Alterations

Once the Conference commences registrations are non-transferable and admittance will only be available to the person listed on the registration form. Substitutions can be made up until (2 weeks) Monday 16 July 2018. Alterations after this date will incur a 10% administration fee at the Registration Managers discretion. Alterations to your registration will not be accepted over the telephone. Please send any requests for alterations to golfbusinessforum@emgevents.com.au
Please note that some ticket types are not transferrable to people who are ineligible for that ticket type: for instance, 2016 Foundation Delegate Passes cannot be transferred to someone who was not a 2016 delegate.

+ Cancelling your conference registration

Unless otherwise specified, all tickets are refundable up until Monday 16 July 2018. An AUD$75 administration fee is applicable for processing refunds, to cover transaction costs. Tickets purchased after Monday 16 July 2018 are not refundable.

+ Late/Onsite registrations

Registrations for the conference will close a week prior to the starting date (Monday 23 July 2018). However, late registrations may be accepted subject to availability. Additional Fees may apply.
Delegates who choose to register onsite will be required to pay for all related costs immediately, via the provision of credit card number. Receipts will be sent to the delegate concerned after the conference.
The organisers cannot guarantee that collateral, such as satchels, will be available to onsite registering delegates. In addition, there is a risk that the Social Events may be fully booked. This policy has been implemented to enable a greater efficiency in the coordination necessary during the lead-up to the conference, and to ensure the most enjoyable conference experience possible for everyone involved.

+ Conference name badges

All Delegates, Sponsors and Exhibitors will be provided with a name badge. Please wear your name badge at all times as it indicates your entry into the Golf Business Forum and Social Functions.

+ Privacy Statement

Golf Business Group and EMG Events Agency are the conference and event managers, and are representing Golf Business Forum. When we collect and hold personal information about you, that is, information that can identify you, such as your name, address and other contact details, it will be related to your prospective or confirmed involvement at the Golf Business Forum 2018.
Eventbrite has been engaged to facilitate the registration system and have their own privacy policy listed here.
Generally, we will collect and hold your personal information for the purposes of: providing services to you, to respond to queries made by you, or to keep ourselves and you informed of the status of a conference or event that you have confirmed your involvement in, or are prospectively attending. If the personal information you provide to us is incomplete and/ or inaccurate, we may be unable to provide you with the services you are seeking.
Please note it is usual that your name and company will appear on the Golf Business Forum Delegate List after the conference. Should you wish for your details NOT to be included in this list or shared with sponsors & exhibitors, please tick the privacy requested box when completing your registration.
